Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:


A Project Support Executive is responsible for successfully supporting the delivery of projects. Reporting to the Retail Project’s Manager, the role supports in the effective implementation of the project delivery programme through industry leading digital automotive software. The responsibilities include supporting the project management team with key project tasks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and bug free.



Key Responsibilities

  • Complete technical project support tasks based on the ticket queue in the JIRA system including;
  • Configuration of site builds
  • Quality Assurance of site builds
  • Form Testing for enquiry forms
  • Content entry/update and migration from clients existing web platforms including imagery
  • Redirect mapping
  • Other configuration and administration tasks
  • Setup stock mapping, rules and problem identification
  • Aid Project Managers in daily tasks as needed
  • With the guidance of a Project Manager, manage simple projects, if required
  • Ensure tasks are completed to tight time frames
  • Identify gaps and raise awareness of key risks and issues to the projects
  • Challenge current thinking and help define best practices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Reporting directly to the Retail Project’s Manager
  • Delivery teams (CSS, Marketing)
  • Project Management team
  • Customer Success team.

Technical Competencies:

  • Superior written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Basic understand of a project delivery process
