Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:


To support our Key2Key software

The role and key responsibilities:

The role will involve analysing and preparing data from client stakeholders for integration into the Key2Key retail application. 

  • Managing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure data integrity / quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure system and data quality by displaying a passion for attention to detail.
  • Setting up new systems as part of the customer onboarding projects.  Configure and maintain global customer systems.
  • Development of improved analytical tools and processes.
  • Testing ad-hoc system improvements, bug testing and new software version regression testing.
  • Management of Jira tasks
  • 2nd line support as appropriate (if data related, otherwise liaison with QA team)
  • System and Feature demonstrations
  • Power BI and reporting admin
  • Contribute to the development of our culture and uphold our company values.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement within the business in order to meet financial and performance targets.


You will work with and support the following teams:

  • Development/QA teams: To assist in configuration, testing and rolling out new features and functionality.
  • Support team: To take ownership of data/configuration specific tickets as part of 2nd line support
  • Account management: To support account management and product with customer issues, requirements and new opportunities.
  • As you will be working within a team environment and liaising with customers / various internal departments, your communication skills must be very strong, both written and verbal.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience.


Technical Competencies:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 is essential, particularly strong Excel skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills are essential.
  • An understanding and experience of databases and database query tools are advantageous.  Basic SQL desirable.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills giving the ability to analyse large data sets and prepare for integration into the Key2Key application.
  • Ability to manipulate data and extract reports that meet internal and external client requirements.
  • Automotive experience would be preferable.  Dealership (retail / retention), manufacturer or finance provider experience would be particularly desirable.
  • Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
  • Project management skills or experience would be preferable.  This could either be being the PM on a project or a resource as part of a project. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement, in personal development, processes and system functionality.
